http://www.frantonios.org.au/2009/07/04/a-different-praise/ Just another WordPress weblog Fri, 03 Sep 2010 15:49:35 -0600 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.8.6 hourly 1 http://www.frantonios.org.au/2009/07/04/a-different-praise/comment-page-1/#comment-332 Romani sergyos Tue, 28 Jul 2009 22:53:46 +0000 http://www.stbishoy.org.au/modules/wordpress/2009/07/04/a-different-praise/#comment-332 Praise God our lord by your life ...our lord want mercy and not sacrifice ....faith without deeds is dead ....deeds will reveal the person,s own faith but faith will never reveals owns deeds ....our church is good in faith and church traditions and regular liturgies but dead in its deeds , no mercy , no forgiveness no love, lack of acceptance of one another and no trust ....the other day one of those homeless while having a chat with him , he asked me about Jesus and he expressed his love to him and he is proud to be christian and then he asked me if one day he comes to our church is he going to feel as a stranger ???? for a while i tried to process what he said and read between the lines as those people are suffering a lot and very sensitive .... i looked at him with care and love and i said to him , mate Jesus loves you and loves me and we love him too ....we love his company and he loves our company ...then he looked at me in my eyes and said , are they going to welcome me in your church ???? i looked at him in his eyes too , look mate i will talk to you frankly but promise me not to change your intention in going to the church regullary and remember we go there because we love Jesus our Lord ....we are an apathy congregation ...we do our prayers and we go ...we stick to our all ritual aspects in details and we can not play with it , so mate this is our attitude but remember everything is possible in God ....he said if only the priest will welcome me it would be a great encouragement for me ....mate i can not assure you about this too !!! mate if the priest ignore you and i believe the only time he sees you when he gives our "blessed Gourbana" at the end of the mass , so if the priest give you our Blessed Goubana and he would be talking to somebody else at the same time and not even looking at you and even mate if you said thank you for him for this Gourbana he might not answer you please do not be upset and please promise me to attend the church because we love Jesus !!! oh my God and Lord have mercy on us as you are the refuge for all mankind and mainly for those least , amen ...
